Indication N M Tops List of Copper Top Futurity (Colts & Geldings Division) Qualifiers
RSS Feeds Wednesday, March 21, 2012

Indication N M remained undefeated following his half-length victory in the first of three Copper Top Futurity (R) (colts and geldings division) trials at Sunland Park on Tuesday.

Trained by Fred Danley and ridden by Alfredo Juarez Jr. for owners Robert F. Haynsworth and J & SM Inc., Indication N M covered 4 1/2-furlongs in :52.40 while defeating He's Actin Single by a half of a length as the even-money favorite. The chestnut gelding by Attila's Storm was coming off of a 1 1/4-length win in his career debut on March 4.

Indication N M sold for $16,000 at last year's New Mexico-Bred Yearling Sale at Ruidoso Downs. The gelding's second dam, the Dixieland Band mare Dixie Daylight, won the 1998 Cumberland Stakes at Laurel Park in Maryland.
