The gelding’s second dam, No Billi Jo, is a homebred daughter of the Coup de Kas (TB) stallion Shoot No who won the ’97 New Mexico State Fair Senorita Futurity (RG3) at The Downs at Albuquerque.
Now 15, No Billi Jo has foaled three winners from three starters, including 2006 Zia Derby (RG2) finalist Tick Talk Jo and ’06 Zia Futurity (RG1) qualifier BJ Strawfly.

One Diamond Kitty has won seven of 24 races, and his three stakes scores include the October 31, $177,115 Namehimastreaker New Mexico Cup Championship (RG1) at Zia Park, and the 2008 New Mexican Spring Fling Stakes (R) at Sunland Park. Last spring, the gelding faced open company at Remington Park in Oklahoma, finishing third in the 300-yard, $54,000 Bob Moore Memorial Stakes (G2), and second, a nose behind two-time AQHA champion Jess You And I, in the 440-yard, $250,000 Remington Park Invitational Championship (G1).
To date, One Diamond Kitty has won at four different distances – 300, 350, 400, and 440 yards.
Sent to post as the 5-2 favorite, One Diamond Kitty returned a $7.40 win mutuel and teamed with Here Kittykittykitty for a $25.60 ($2) exacta return. Corona Memory Crest ran third, a neck behind the winner, to complete a ($2) trifecta payoff of $64.20.
